The recommended accommodation for the conference is Edgbaston Park Hotel, conveniently located on campus just a short walk from the conference venue. Accommodation can be booked as part of the conference registration process at a discounted rate.

Alternatively, delegates can arrange their own accommodation - if you would prefer to stay elsewhere, you'll find links to a selection of hotels in Birmingham city centre at the bottom of this page.

Please note, that the conference venue is not located in Birmingham city centre.

Edgbaston Park Hotel

Set within the beautiful, leafy surroundings of the University of Birmingham's Edgbaston campus, Edgbaston Park Hotel offers modern facilities just minutes from Birmingham city centre.

Opened in 2018, the hotel features 185 guest bedrooms, three serviced apartments, a restaurant, bar, and a variety of meeting and event spaces.

Peter Scott House Hotel

Located on the University of Birmingham's picturesque Edgbaston campus, Peter Scott House provides a convenient and welcoming base for conference delegates, just a short distance from Birmingham city centre.


The hotel offers comfortable en-suite accommodation, complimentary Wi-Fi, free on-site parking, and an on-site restaurant and bar. Its location provides easy access to the University's conference venues and local transport links.

Alternative Accommodation

If you would prefer to stay in Birmingham city centre, we recommend the following selection of hotels. All hotels are located within approximately two miles of the University of Birmingham and are easily accessible by both train and car. The University train station is located on campus, with regular services taking approximately 10 minutes to Birmingham New Street Station.

All bookings must be made directly through the individual hotel websites, and accommodation arrangements should be managed by delegates themselves rather than through the conference team.
